How we handle your details.

What we ask for

When you moved, which part of London you're in, your age, what you'd like to do, when you're free, your first name and your email. A phone number and a line about why you moved are optional.

We don't ask for a surname, an address, a photo or an ID document, and we don't connect to any social account.

What we do with it

We use it to put you in a crew and to tell you about the plan. Age, area, arrival timing and availability are what make a crew work - that is the only reason we collect them.

Other people in your crew see your first name and roughly when you arrived. They do not see your email, your phone number, your exact age or anything you wrote about why you moved.

Who else sees it

The people running NewHere, and the services we use to store the list and send email. Nobody else. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to build a profile of you anywhere else.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until you tell us you're no longer interested. Ask and it's gone - you don't need a reason.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Email us and we'll do it.
